Refunds & Exchanges

Everyday Appliances believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Everyday Appliances does not accept cancellation requests after the products have been shipped. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at admin@ev-appliances.com with the following details:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear images & a short video of the damaged or incorrect product

Upon verifying your request, we will replace the faulty product right away.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Everyday Appliances, it'll take 1-3 Business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
