Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case you would like to cancel/modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible at admin@ev-appliances.com and we will try to process your request.

Please ensure to include your order number and any other relevant information in the email.
